Poor service

My new Telkom adsl lime was installed, after a struggle I managed to get my adsl Internet setup and in working order.<br> <br> Later that same day NO INTERNET ACCESS. STRUGGLING FOR 2 days now to get hold of someone at Telkom, holding line forever, getting hold of one department just to be placed on hold and put through to next department. And still no answers or any problems solved.. for a new client im truly Not impressed with service thus far..
