poor service .....

our business line is been canceled i was not even aware , but from yesterday we not getting any calls ....opposite hang up,today i have tried to get help from Telkom but from 10213 they gave me 10217 to call i have already made few calls and still no help how come our number is been discontinued

but they still bill us monthly?
