POOR SERVICE

I app**** online for a contract for I think it was the p7 huawai for about R89,00 couple months ago nothing happened, I even app**** for a call back nothing, tried online chat and enquired about it nothing (was told he could not help must refer it to sales, i am still waiting, I keep getting sms's that I am due for an upgrade and agent will call but nothing, now my contract has ended and am being billed R750 a month without an invoice to show me what I am paying for really now? Once again R750, it seems that this is their tactics to make some money off customers my wife even went in to a shop and app**** for an upgrade and got billed for two contracts but never even received the new handset , is this not *****? or even theft?
