Poor Service

This is my second compliant regarding this matter it has been more than week and my matter is still not resolved. Telkom hello peter complaints is through the roof and nothing get resolved. I been calling for days went in store to date no one call. your\ll have *********** staff who likes to push the buck and put **** notes on system saying they tried calling client to resolve matter but acutally never did so this boils down to my first compliant FALSE INFORMATION is this is what telkom stands by and stands for i have 4 cases logged with you guys and to date no one as helped or resolved anything"
