Poor service
Poor customer service from Vox telecom I am very very disappointed in Vox telecom. I'm for More than two years a client. But with the mtn network. But know they replace the mtn simcard with telkom. Since Thursday 3 September we are without internet I keep phoning they keep.saying they escalate it to telkom this means I paid for service wich I do not receive
Vox keep telling me that the problem has been escalated to telkom so this means telkom is the problem I will definitely not recommend telkom or vox to anyone

14 Sept 2026, 18:12Almost w weeks my wifi still on and off the one moment the download is fair the next moment the downloa is 6.64 mbps and upload 0.77mbps how on earth is this possible that for almost 2 weeks the problem can't be resolved. So tonight I will again not be able to stream. But end of the month I must pay the full amount.
