Poor Service

Hello there ,it has been 4 months now ,I cannot phone any network besides Telkom,especially Vodacom ,am buying voice bundles , I went to Telkom Centre in Greenacres (Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth) ,they said they escalated ,its been 2 months ,I cannot phone Vodacom , I have to use my Mtn phone to do so ,can you please intervene on this matter ?
