Poor Service

Your Festival Mall branch number doesn't seem to be working. ***. You cant even keep your own phones working<br> <br> After much fighting with Telkom online and the Benoni branch, I eventually managed to get assistance from one of the ladies at your Festival Mall store who was extremely helpful.<br> <br> I filled in all the necessary paperwork for the contract renewal and she said she would process this and send me an SMS once it has been done. That was over a week ago and I have still not heard anything and I am hoping that this is not going to become like every other experience I have with Telkom where I fight and fight and just get nowhere. i am so sick and tired of chasing Telkom around for any assistance<br> <br> Please can you update me as to the status of my contract renewal and bandwidth upgrade. and please don just keep sending me stupid messages telling me you have marked it URGENT. that is utter ******* and doesnt solve anything<br> <br>
