Poor service

My phone has been with you for over a month now, all you do is sent SMSs and all the numbers you provide for us to call are of no use at all and the email address you sent me to track my phone bounced back, And it does not help that when we go to Telkom they tell me that they do not communicate with you and they have no means to to talk to Finrite, Finrite service is so poor, I'm also considering cancelling my insurance, as soon as i get my phone. Your Service it's total BS.
