poor service

I was due for an upgrade this month, I called Telkom to get a phone, I spoke to a consultant 2 weeks back and was promised that the following day, they will call me to this day no communication from their side instead I am the one who keeps calling trying to get an update and always I end up with the promise that the person ain't first spoke too will call me, I have been with Telkom for more than 7 years and am very disappointed with their service this time.It is frustrating to beg people for a service you are going to pay for.
