Poor service

I paid R8400 to telkom on the 12th of July because that was the balance for laptop I took I paid it all then now telkom is denying that money I have send prove of payments but still now they have debited my acc again they say they cannot trace the money yet its their consultant that gave me the reference number and Absa banking details
