Poor service

Telkom gave me recharge bonus but when I make calls they use my original airtime when I call them and speak to their call centre agent Praise Malati just ignorely told me I use my airtime even when I tell her my bonus is available but my original airtime used she insist that I used airtime my self without explanation!
