Poor service

Its been two weeks struggling to be refunded by Telkom Boardwalk mall Gqeberha, I was promised by the sales consultant that the product I am buying is comparable for my device only to find when I got home that its not.

Took it back the next they, I am still waiting to hear from them I am not even in possession of the product and they refuse to refund me. Telkom unacceptable
