Poor Service

Telkom Mobile do offer competitive deals. I wanted to switch to Telkom an take a phone Contract The Samsung Galaxy S6 with them, despite many people complaining about them. I have given up on them. I went to a store, the attitude there and the way they speak to customers and their general knowledge of the product they are selling was so bad and poor. I went to the website to order online after completing the whole process they website just didn't place an order. I left details for them on their website to call me back. To date nobody called. It was been more than two weeks.<br> <br> So you ask yourself if a company cannot secure new customers how are they treating the current customers. How is their call centre in resolving issues, how is their connectivity, etc. <br>
