Poor service

I called Telkom call centre 3 times asking them to connect me to Telkom mall of the north but it was just a waste of time and airtime. they kept me on hold and at the end ,they say we cant assist you because they are unable to. on the other side the number for Telkom mall of the north is not working. I have been trying to call them since Tuesday the 7th of September. how are we suppose to get hold of you????? how can Telkom offer good services if the cant fix their own landline?????
