POOR SERVICE

I sent through a claims form and i have not received any feedback regarding my claim, whether it was received or its still being processed nothing!!!! Communication is very VITAL and as a TELECOM COMP y'all are failing. Saying am disappointed is an UNDERSTATEMENT
