Poor Service

Telkom service is poor. Im owning holiday homes. I provide accommodation with wifi. My 2 lines were installed but they not active till today. Its been 5months now. But no success. They complained of cable theft. They said they will give me wireless. They promised it will be installed by 7June. Nothing is happening. This is compromising my business. When i call im taken from one person to the next. I really dont know what to do anymore Telkom DSL Tenbury Durban
