POOR SERVICE

Im at a lost and do not know where to turn to for help.I have contacted Telkom Longbeach Mall for assistance as I have been advised that there is something from Telkom flagging against my name whenever i tried to apply for finance .2 months ago i asked the manager for help at Telkom Longbeach Mall and to date still have not received any feedback. When you call the branch he is never available to assist me .I don't think they realize how frustrating it is to have your name cleared and no one can help .How does one get this resolved? POOR SERVICE
