Poor service

I have called Telkom (081 180) 3 times, waiting more than 30 min to get a consultant to assist. When a consultant does come on the line, they take my detail and put me on hold, and drop the call after 20 minutes of putting me on hold. I am calling in because I am already not satisfied with the service and I want to cancel, they are making things worse. I don't know if this is a way for them to stop me from cancellation. The first consultant was a lady who dropped out after putting me on hold for a long time and the second consultant dropped the call while I was speaking Very unprofessional and Poor service.
