Poor Service

I am so disappointed with Telkom and METROFIBER its been 3 months waiting for the installer to do the installation... Telkom delivered the router and we stuck with the router and every time we call Telkom they telling us our order has been cancelled by who ? we don't know and there keep escalating but no feedback and we stuck with the router we don't know what to do with it its been 3 months. the service is so poor it shows that Telkom and METROFIBER has no care for there customer please collect the router cuz its useless for us to keep it with no installation being done this is so pathetic and unprofessional poor poor service!
