poor service

I have never recieved such poor customer service from an istore shop...i am specifically referring to the one at East Rand Mall. I app**** for a cellphone contract its almost 2 weeks now. firstly the first day i did the applictaion, i came in at 4pm and the team seemed busy but only got assisted at 5:30pm, only to be told sorry we don't do contracts after 5pm. Thats BULL because they close at 7pm. The following day i went bck and then they told me the contact is done on their end, they are waiting for @TelkomZA to do the credit vetting. The @MyiStoreSA will call me once it's done. I recieved no feedback for about 4days and i decided to follow up via email as they dont have a direct contact number, but my emails are also not answered. I contacted telkom last week and they informed me that the account was sent back to the store, it's "locked on their side" WHATEVER that means. I went back to the istore and the lady is still telling me they are still waiting for telkom. I am feeling so fustrated, as i am not even recieving any feedback and i need to constantly drive there to follow up. This is pathetic customer service to say the least @MyiStoreSA @TelkomZA . Istore says they don't even have a escalation process..... what a lot of BS.
