Poor service

Telkom service sucks.. I paid my bill with telkom on the 3 September 2019. They debt my account and it didn't go through as i already paid them.. They also charged me a extra fee of 202 for debt order fail.. But the account is already paid. They have been doing this i opened my contracts with them which was in June

Now my cellphone have been suspended its been almost a week.. They say my account hasn't been paid..

I have contacted them but nothing as yet..
