Poor service

I submitted my clain to Adminplus for my Huawei Nova 8 with claim reference 130287 on the 25.12.2023. On the 29.12.2023 Lawrence Scharnick told me that on their side they cant pick up that i have insured two devices under one insurance policy number they waiting from Telkom for declaration letter and the only person can issue that will be back at the office on the 08.01.2024. I cannot wait this long i believe businesses have contigency plan for issues like this. Telokom please send the Declaration letter to Admin plus so that they can proceed my claim.
