Poor service

*** What a terrible service I got from Telkom consultant who uses the email username of ****. I reported that someone took a new mobile contract under my name and that there is a debit order with different amounts going through my bank account. He did not give me a reference number and decided to resolve my query without even informing me. I have sent him several emails with all relevent documents attached including affidavits and still no response from him. I'm still hoping and wishing to get my query resolved fairly and for action to be taken against everyone who was involved
