Poor service

Worst experience ever, I ordered a cellphone with Telkom two weeks ago the courier company they are using is sky net, they send a msg everyday saying the order is out for delivery but they never deliver. The courier company is the worst, customer service is non existent you call and hold on for over an hour and still no answer, tried chatting online and no answer, this says a lot about Telkom, I'm cancelling this contract with immediate effect. I cant have an arrangement with them for 3 years with this kind of service.
