Poor service

I have a huge problem with Telkom. I wasn't told to make payments on the app and i did that but Telkom goes and debits again. When i don't make the payment on the app they so not debit instead, they charge me for R200 and lie by saying they tried to debit my account but there was no money whereas there's always money for the contract. I'm sick of this nonsense because when i call, the agents always act like they're helping but they not.
