POOR SERVICE

The worst ever network provider you can ever think of going to. I work at cash crusaders Lydenburg. We haven't had network since yesterday 19-05-2021 I called them in the morning they told me they will check the fault remotely and if there issue persist they will send a technician. Until today 20-05-2021 nothing has been done. I didnt do any business for the past two days because of unprofessional network that says they are the best. I AM DONE WITH TELKOM. IF U EVER THINK OF GOING TO THIS NETWORK PLS BE SURE OF WHAT YOU REALLY DOING BECAUSE THEIR SEVIRCE IS VERY VERY VERY POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. IVE LOST A LOT OF CASH BECAUSE OF THIS PEOPLE. I AM SO MAD I CANT DO MY ORDERS MY TEAM FROM HEADOFFICE CANT LOG INTO MY SYSTEM TO CHECK THE PERFORMANCE OF THE STORE ALL BECAUSE OF SELFISH PEOPLE WHO ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AT THE END OF THE MONTH. THATS *********** PEOPLE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.
