Poor Service

My husband took out a LTE contract with Telkom, LTE unlimited\un capped but the when we received it it was a top up package. Since we received it we've been trying to get assistance from Telkom, 3weeks now holding on forever phone gets put down requested to hold but the call is just abandoned. We don't want to be stuck with this contract. This is not what we asked for. Guess its Telkom practice to sell products that is not fully understood no follow up after sales. This will probably take years before we get a response!
