Poor Service

I do not recommend this service to anyone, I have been waiting 2 months for a paid up letter after i was told it takes 10 - 14 days. Poor customer service, line gets dropped on me every time I call in to find out what the delay is about. I will continue putting up bad reviews until this matter is looked it ASAP
