Poor Servicd

Telkom store in Durban Workshop has the worst poor service ever, I have been going to the store for a contract Sim swap but every time I go there I'm always told that the network is down. If I remember well the first time I went there it was the 28th of March 2022. I'm not from around Durban and the only Telkom store I know is the one in Workshop. What frustrates me the most is that I paid for this month and have not used my 20gig that is allocated to my number because I'm struggling with the Sim swap. This is not on at all, now I'm buying data with money that I should be saving
