Poor seevice from telkom

We app**** for a relocation of our line in the beginning of May2020 , we moved on the end of may 2020 and till now the 20th of July 2020 the line havend be moved, we get billed every month and we have written several emails and phone a lot with no response, very very poor service do not use telkom
