Poor sales servise.

App**** for a contract on 31/12/18. Received the Sim on the 3rd of January. Till now I'm waiting on my wifi router. After several calls, I'm promised that it was logged and a mail was sent to the Sales manager. I'm paying for a product I can't use! Poor Poor service!
