Poor Sales Service
I have app**** for the March big deal. I received a call to verify all my information but that was it. i do not know if i have been approved. I tried calling telkom and held on the line for 35 minutes with no answer and this finished my airtime. i have requested many call backs from the online platform bu nobody has called me.

Thank you for the feedback.
Please note that I have gone into the Telkom in Gateway Mall and app**** for the March deal and have already have my contract.
A few days later i got a call from the courier company to tell me they have my package from Telkom, I told them to return it to the sender as i already have my contract and Telkom did not call me for the second time as promised.
please ensure that only x1 contract reflects under my name and I don't have x2 debits that will be debited for the month of April.
