Poor sales follow up

<p>I app**** for a Huawei P8 Lite 1 gb free me contract (Deal of the month of August 2016) for R139 close to two weeks ago but i got no response. I then tried applying again but still got no response and tried to follow up with their convenient ' Chat to an agent' service on their website but was advise that i cannot do a sales follow up on that platform. I tried applying once more today but no saw that the deal is sold out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to add that this happened to me before with Telkom Mobile when i tried puchasing a laptop from them</p>
