Poor sales and promises yet to be kept

<p> In December 2016 we purchased a Huawei Media pad 10 inch tablet from the Telkom store in Clearwater, the contract included a 16 gig memory card as well as a cover for the specific cover for it. At the time they did not have stock of the cover or the memory card. The salesman called the store manager as he was not in store and on leave he however advised the salesperson that there was no covers for the tablet and was not willing to give us one as there was no stock even at a later stage. the memory card provided was also only an 8 gig as they did not have stock of the 16 gig. We advised the salesperson that we were not happy as it clearly stated in the brochure that the contract and item came with these accessories and we wanted them as paying customers. The inconsideration at the time being nearing Christmas and lack of compassion from the supposed Store Manager was utterly disappointing. We however continued the purchase as it was for our sons Xmas gift and we were assured that the problem would be resolved. Needless to say we are ending March of 2017 and are yet to here from anyone from the store regarding the collection of these items or resolution thereof, they have been receiving their payments monthly for the contract although never fullfilled on all items that were supposed to be included thereof. It feels like i am paying for stuff and will never receive them. We also logged a complaint soon after leaving the store directly with Telkom and are yet to receive a response. For me this is a total and utter disregard for a paying customer, the sad part of it all is that my entire household is with Telkom who clearly do not value our business, even though we have repeated lack of network we remain true and continue to pay for services that are not rendered. </p>
