Poor response and support#LTEfail

<p>From the 31st of July ive experienced poor LTE speeds ranging between 300 KB AND 2MB UPLOAD compared to the usual being 50 mb down and 30 mb up.</p> <p>i called the telkom call centre wheres they were unable to assist saying NETWORKS will be able to assist, please bear in mind im waiting for Telkom NETWORKS to get back to me regarding the intial ticket being ********** 1 which was llogged in March. ive had feedback from their official TWITTER HANDLE saying NETWORKS will get back to me however for 6 days Telkom nor their NETWORKS department have made no effort to contact me to assist regarding my problem. the OFFICIAL TWITTER handle carries the same behavior and mentality of no support consistenly telling me they will be in contact however 6 days later here i am typing this review.</p> <p> </p> <p>Out of the millions of customers TELKOM has failed to even assist ONE customer who is in direct contact with its TWITTER HANDLE.</p>
