Poor Respond Time and Bad Service

I am very much disappointed and angry. I logged a call on the 4 Aug 2015 for a landline fault and I was given this ref no 493CRZ040815 every time I call to call to check on the progress made I am told that I must wait for 5 days the technicians are working on it till on the 10 Sept 2015 when I call again I was given a new ref no 740919 and again I was told to wait for 5 days and it will be sorted
