Poor quality ISP, poor quality Internet Speeds, Poor quality Service

Continual poor internet speeds. No support. No reason. Just pure utter dissatisfaction. I want to cancel my contract if this is the route I am headed. Since taking the contract I have had nothing but poor quality internet and speeds. Download speeds of 0.08MB is not a standard for an LTE package I don't care who you are but this is pathetic. And I does not change.
