Poor Quality

Good day. Yesterday I reported a Telkom problem on our business line. We can make no outgoing calls, and we can not receive any incoming calls. It was said that a technician will come out to come and see what our problem is and until now, no one has come to see what the problem is. I hope that this problem will be solved asap.
