Poor promises, poor customer services

Telkom has lost their way when it comes to customer service, as I’m waiting since May to have my phone sorted since they migrated their lines to wireless phones. Nobody in their entire company can give you feedback, when I call they would ask me to contact relevant departments but those departments can’t assist me , totally frustrated. The Telkom stores are of no help.Telkom debits my money every month yet I still don’t have a house phone. What happened to customer service Telkom ?
