Poor poor telkom

Telkom recently advertised the Samsung S22 Plus for R499 p/m for 36 months. I called in to take their offer up. I spoke to a lady called Nonpumelelo Mlotshwa. She did an online application wch after a few minutes i was told that i do qualify for the contract. After confirming banking details i was told that pending a ITC check all was in order. A few mins later the same lady calls back to say that the phone i requested was not R499 p/m but instead it was R599 p/m. I told the lady that i have the advert saved wch clearly shows the Samsung S22 Plus for R499 p/m for 36 months wch i even emailed to her to confirm wat i saw in Telkoms add on intsagram. Its been more than a week now that i have not received feedback from the lady esp after me sending numerous emails. The price u see advertised is the price you pay, its a no brainer. Telkom i ask you kindly sort this issue out as this can be taken as false advertising.
