Poor poor services delivery Telkom

ou telkom adsl line was struck out due to storms on the 12 March 2020 we have lock a report with them on the 13March 2020 since then they have told us they are sending Technic person out its already a week and 15 phone calls with empty promises and no telkom line. but if you debit order goes of one day to late they gut our services and give you a fine up to three hundred rand before they connect your services.
