Poor poor services

Last week on the 22 April, we had lightning and it unfortunately hit our cable to the router. We then contacted Telkom the following day and they promised to come to fix the house. Their technicians have not arrived up till this day (29 April) and we are worried sick because we need to do work online. Bad service at telkom
