POOR POOR SERVICE!! Billing nightmare!

DO JOT USE TELKOM’S SERVICES!!!! I have been trying to sort a ***** issue out fir the last 6 MONTHS! Service in store and on the phone is non existent!! Nobody, not even a manager at Mall of Africa can assist! I have not received a single phone call from the start of the investigation! Absolutely shocking and my phone has been blocked for the last 6 months and now they decide to cancel my contract AND slap with an incorrect bill to settle?!! Pathetic!
