Poor!!! Poor!!! Service

I live in the Rietfontein area of Pretoria .Approximately 3 months ago our ADSL lines went down and to-date we have had no response from Telkom . I logged a fault and was told that its a bulk fault , meaning that there a number of people that have been impacted ..I called in many times but no-one seems to know what is going on . It like a circus ,"Don't worry" , I will get someone to call you ..I even went into a Telkom store and I was told that , its got nothing to do with them , speak to "Openserve". Its a joke , Yet my bill still comes at the end of the month.. ..Telkom is switching off copper networks yet cannot deliver alternate services .They are losing customers rapidly due to their bad service delivery .Our entire area is off and do not have any communication . Worst company to deal with !!!!!!!they just don't care .At this day and age in our country , why should people tolerate such poor service , even when customers are willing to pay W. Louis ***
