Poor poor service

I bought @Huawei Pura 70 at @TelkomZA Pinecrest Centre on the 28/01/ 25 and there were some missing items (Huawei Smart watch, earphones etc), Despite several attempts of communicating with them I have not received the items. Can you please intervene. @TelkomZA @HuaweiZA
