Poor poor service.

<p>It is may 9th and my troubles started when my router became faulty, telkom sent me to telkom fourways when I arrived they tell me there's no technical staff to help and I must come back later. I asked for a time to come back and they assured me that they will definitely have staff there at 12pm 2 hours later I came back and again no technical staff. Not only this but the telkom store has no contact details nore could any of the staff provide me with contact details they don't even have a system to resolve this problem when their technical staff are off</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
