Poor Poor Service

In the first week in December my wife and I decided to go to the branch to get cellphone contracts.<br> The consultants at that branch told us to fill in the forms and bring in the required documents to attach to <br> the form. My wife and I spent an entire day going to the police station for certified copies, banks for statements<br> and municipality for proof of residence. We submitted the the docs and told everything is ready for submitting.<br> <br> We had no contact for 3 weeks, we then went in, in the first week Jan and we were told the consultant <br> was on leave and the forms were not submitted. A week ago we went and was told the phones were<br> not in stock and we opted for another phone. We were told we will be contacted, still no reply.<br> <br> This week we go in and we still going to be contacted. <br> <br> This is ridiculous, if you cannot provide the service please return our docs so we can go somewhere else.<br>
