Poor poor service

On the 19th of July 2024 I decided I am going to upgrade from LTE to Fibre. On Telkom 's website i decided on the Vumatel package for R449.00. I registered on their website. I received a message that it will take 5-7 days for the order. On the 30th of July 2024 I decided to contact them WhatsApp. I managed to get a call back but when they put me through the line went dead. This was going on for two hours. I decided to go to Telkom at N1 City. When i got there i explained to the coloured lady and gave her my id number to check on their system. She informed me that there was nothing registered on my name. She informed me not to purchase anything on line. She wanted to do the transaction but i declined,as i was already unhappy about this service. I signed up with another ISP.
