poor poor service

I am now regretting taking a data contract with Telkom. just a simple speed upgrade takes a very long time and they loose the application. all answer you get is to wait 24 to 48 hours.they have rude staff that answers the phone and puts the phone down while you are trying to explain your problem.

please release me from this serviceless contract so that i can go somewhere else please.
