POOR POOR SERVICE ,,

I took a phone with them a week ago I was told delivery is within 7 working day till today I don't have my phone I keep calling them but they are telling me its not their problem anymore because the phone is with the courier guys. it makes no sense to make their problems my problem if I talk to Telkom I expect answers from them I did not talk to any courier company when the deal was done, they are the ones that inform the courier that I need to get my phone.. I wants to cancel everything at this moment I cant be dealing which such in 2019,,, I am disappointed ,,,,
